How can you take the death of a falcon bird in a bird feeder?

I feed wild birds during the winter for fun and she does not want to stop feeding them, but continue to kill a hawk. I live in a semi-rural area in southern Ohio and my love birds. The charger is near the window of my kitchen (15 feet) and the falcon swoops from the garden and scares the birds. Normally, birds fly to the window and the falcon of the collection and removal.
