Kitchen Birdfeeder

How can you take the death of a falcon bird in a bird feeder?
I feed wild birds during the winter for fun and she does not want to stop feeding them, but continue to kill a hawk. I live in a semi-rural area in southern Ohio and my love birds. The charger is near the window of my kitchen (15 feet) and the falcon swoops from the garden and scares the birds. Normally, birds fly to the window and the falcon of the collection and removal. It has killed more than 8 left 2 poultry and birds to die on my porch. Please help me. Thank you
Looks you must move the feeder to the first all windows. It can be taken completely for a week or two, until what the hawk realizes that there is no easy meals there and then replace it (away from the window) Once the falcon leaves the region. Or keep it, but move to an area where there is some protection for the birds because they can hide, if you go falcons last option is to completely remove charger. I guess it's a Cooper's hawk, he eats .. falcons which are smaller and very handy. Moreover, there is not much that you can do to stop nature. Note that you can not harm or harass the hawks in some way, are protected by law.
